Structured Cabling – Passive Infra

Cabling is an integral part of communication network, be it OSP or ISP, Insperon has industry experts who can design and implement copper  and fiber cabling for Enterprise and Home networks of any size using international structured cabling and Outside plant standards like BICSI and EIA/TIA etc.

Indoor Copper

• Supply and Installation of CAT 5, CAT 6 and other multi pair indoor copper cables and UTP patch cords.
• Supply and Installation of different sizes of racks, cabinets, UTP patch panels and UTP information outlets.
• Supply and Installation of telecom ground and bonding products.
• Splicing and termination of different pair sizes of indoor copper cables.
• Testing of UTP cables using network cable tester following industry standard test procedures.
• Labeling of all cables and complete documentation for future traceability and maintenance.

Indoor Fiber

• Supply and Installation of Single Mode (OS1 and OS2) and Multi Mode (OM1, OM2, OM3 and OM4) Indoor fiber cables of ITU standards like G.651, G.652, G.653, G.654, G.655 and G.657 etc. of different cores. Patch cord with different diameters, lengths and sizes with different connectors like SC, ST, FC and LC.
• Supply and Installation of different sizes of rack mounted fiber patch panels, Multi Dwelling Units (MDU), Indoor termination boxes and access terminal boxes (ATB).
• Splicing and termination of different types of fiber using fiber splicing machine.
• Testing of fiber cables using OTDR, power meter, light source, Visual Fault Locator (VFL), following industry standard procedure like FOA etc.including CD and PMD testing
• Labeling of all cables and complete documentation for future traceability and maintenance.

Outside Plant (OSP) design and installation as per international standards like BICSI,  EIA/TIA and FTTH etc. using copper and fiber media

OSP Copper

• Supply and Installation ofdifferent pair outdoor copper cables of different sizes, direct buried, in conduit or overhead, following standard procedures of outdoor cable pulling.
• Supply and Installation of different sizes ofoutdoor cabinets, Junction boxes and demarcation boxes.
• Supply and Installation of telecom ground and bonding products.
• Splicing of different pair copper cables in splice closures in Manholes, Cable Vaults, and termination in Pedestals
• Testing of copper cables using standard test procedures.
• Labeling of all cables using outdoor rated labels and complete documentation for future traceability and maintenance.

OSP Fiber

• Supply and Installation of different core outdoor fiber cables of different sizes, suitable for direct buried, in conduit or overhead stringing based on the requirement, following standard procedures of outdoor cable pulling.
• Supply and Installation of different sizes of fiber outdoor Optical Distribution Frames (ODF), Outdoor boxes (ODB) patch panels, splicing, and termination.
• Testing of fiber cables using OTDR, power meter, light source and Visual Fault Locator (VFL). Chromatic Dispersion (CD) and Polarized Mode Dispersion (PMD) tests for long haul fiber cables following industry standard procedure like BICSI and FOA etc.
• Labeling of all cables using outdoor rated labels suitable for harsh weather conditions and complete documentation for future traceability and maintenance.
